Who we are

Trio Innovations is a privately owned British company. We are deliberately small at the centre and deliberately specialist at the edges: the group provides the systems, the buying and the back office, and each division gets on with knowing its own market.

The group started in furniture — wholesale and then online retail — and grew outwards. Building and running our own e-commerce platform turned into a digital services business in its own right, and the sourcing and compliance discipline we'd built up moved naturally into healthcare products.

That's the pattern we look for when we consider anything new: a business the group can genuinely make better, rather than one it simply owns.

What we care about

• Honest pricing. Competitive on the day, with no invented discounts or inflated "was" prices.
• Accurate description. Full specifications on everything we sell, so nothing arrives that isn't what was expected.
• Owning our systems. We build and run our own platforms, which keeps costs down and lets us change things quickly.
• Answering the phone. A UK team that can resolve a problem without escalating it three times.
